December 31, 2023 at 2:44 amWe met at the coast in September 2023. Surrounded by her family, mostly her daughter,, the boys,, and her granddaughter, she was having a blast.. Judy was a beautiful human, honest, friendly, funny, and when you met her, you knew she lived a life unapologetic. I’d run into her at the hotel, and she’d make a space next to her to sit and share or listen to stories of her family. Judy had a way of making you feel at ease. Like a warm ocean breeze in the summer, effortlessly speaking stories to make you laugh, reflect, or tuck away as sage teaching moments. She was lovely and loved. I won’t forget her smile. And even though I only knew her three days, I’ll remember my sweet friend and her dear family for life. Rest in peace, Judy. “You never touch a life so lightly that you do not leave a trace”
