A beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a very good friend, was born on January 30th, 1949 in Fort Collins, CO to Merle and Laurel Seguine and passed away on March 6th 2021 at Harborview Medical Center, Seattle, WA.
She is survived by her two older siblings Larry Seguine and Penny Baker, her sons George and Jeff Williams, and by her grand children and great grand children. As well as by Oren (Doc) her loving partner and by her beloved service dog Daisey and two kitties Baby and Gypsy.
As an extraordinarily loving, kind, tender, patient and generous woman, who’s love for many people and animals grew her family much larger than just her blood relatives. Cathy impacted so many lives during her precious time here and many souls today are grieving the loss of such a beautiful and wonderful person.
Cathy loved and lived life with a full heart. She was an artist who’s intrests included painting, drawing, music, and poetry, as well as other artistic endeavors such as wood working, and gardening. Cathy also loved to share her art with others by giving most of it to those who needed a kind word, a beautiful picture, or a complete wooden Christmas reindeer set.
Cathy spent most of her life in Juneau and Fairbanks which she lovingly remembered as home, and graduated from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She spent her later years in Washington with her family who moved down to the Seattle area, but always kept in her heart, Alaska’s the stary nights and northern lights .
Cathy’s life and memory will be forever etched in the lives of the people she loved and shared her life with. Until we see you again Cathy, we love you with all of our hearts.

Minutes in time lost in the past
Never miss your chance to say
I love you”
