Edward Floyd Bland II died Friday April 19th, 2024 at home in Seattle. Ed was born in Richland, WA to parents Edward N. Bland and Sharon L. Youse. Ed is survived by his mother Sharon Youse, brother Eben Bland, children Katrina (Kat) Pelos and Edward (Eddie) Bland, nephew Eben Bland Jr, and grandchildren Augustine (AJ) Pelos II and Brooklynn Pelos. Ed was preceded in death by his father Edward Bland.
Ed loved spending his time reading, going fishing, watching movies, and playing bingo and cards. He also enjoyed rooting for the Seahawks and Mariners in true Seattle fashion. Ed had a big heart and many friends. He was a beloved son, brother, father, uncle, and grandpa. He will be forever missed.
A memorial service will be held at the Ballard Elks 6411 Seaview Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107 on May 11, 2024 at 1pm.
