Judy Ann Stine, born July 29th, 1947, passed away peacefully on March 13th, 2024 at the age of 76. Born in Everett, Washington, to Paul and Agnes Tallman, Judy lived most of her life in the Lake Stevens area. Known to many for her amazing artistry and creation of doll clothes, she proudly answered to the name of The Doll Clothes Lady for over 45 years. With a love for animals she made it a life mission to rescue, care for, and find homes for many stray cats. Predeceased by her parents, sister Nancy Acception, and brother Bud Stanton. She is survived by her son Scott Stine, daughter Laurie Dawson, son-in-law Charles, grandchildren Anais & Eric, sister Betty Orne, and many other relatives and friends whom she loved very much. Memorial in her honor to be arranged at a later date.
