Pamela “Punky” Charlene McGourty
August 27, 1956 – February 25, 2024
“Call me when you get home.”
Best friend, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and so much more. Pamela loved her family, friends, the ocean, crafting, thrift shopping, holidays, her pets, puzzles, and parties! She brought kindness and laughter to all she was with. Pam was born in St Louis, Missouri and met her future husband of nearly 50 years in high school. From working at the Pink Poodle restaurant when she was young, to being an exceptional stay at home mother of two, to eventually finding her career home for 29 years with Sno-Isle Libraries, she was always a hard working positive influence. She will be missed every day, but never forgotten.
