We are sad to announce the passing of Ponciano Arcilla Surban. He died at the age of 82 on September 14, 2022. He was a resident of Monroe, Washington since 2009. He doted upon his family to the end. He was a devoted husband and a loving father.
He is survived by his wife, Edwina Surban, his children: Kristine Surband, Karmel Surban, and Kim Cuevas; his son-in-law Tedd Cuevas, his grandchildren Harper and Holly, his sister-in law Evelyn Avila, and his six siblings: Estrella, Imelda, Josefina, Roger, Red, and Ruben.
